Complaining the inaction of respondent No.3 in completing investigation and filing charge sheet on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 11.12.2017, wherein it has been asserted that after completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubabad, on 26.07.2017. In the light of the above, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
