Annepaka Prodhvi, S/o. Srinu Petitioner (Accused No.1 in Cr.No.276/2017 of Munagala P.S.) AND The State of Telangana, rep. by Station House Officer, Munagala Police Station, Nalgonda District, through Public Prosecutor, High Court for State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Respondent Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail in Cr.No. 276 of 2017 of Munagala Police Station, Nalgonda District. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.V.Satish, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to him in Crime No.276 of 2017 of Munagala Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 376, 312 read with 34 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The de facto complainant by name Meriga Mounika, who is 21 years old and a private employee, lodged a complaint against the petitioner/A.1 stating that the petitioner/A.1 induced the de facto complainant, had sexual relationship with her and made her become pregnant. Thereafter, the petitioner/A.1 refused to marry her. The petitioner/A.1 also got the pregnancy aborted. The petitioner/A.1 was remanded to judicial custody on 22.09.2017. The petitioner/A.1 is a B.Sc. II year student and he has to attend the classes as well as prepare and write the examinations.

The allegations are that the de facto complainant and the petitioner/A.1 were in love for some time. The petitioner/A.1 is 20 years old and the de facto complainant is 21 years old. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and the investigation conducted so far, the petitioner/A.1 can be enlarged on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C., on some conditions. 5.
Accordingly, the petitioner/A.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kodad. On release, the petitioner/A.1 shall report before the Station House Officer, Munagala Police Station, Suryapet District, on every Sunday between 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet.
