This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1, fot grant of bail in Crime No.373 of 2018 of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the ofFences punishable under Sections 20(b), 2l(b),.22(b) and 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.
3. As per the material placed on record, on 02.11.2018, a narcotic substance is alleged to have been seized from the possession of the petitioner/A.1 at Narsapur X Road (beside Meena Hospital), Balanagar,

custody on 02.11.2018. Havin I q regard to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner/A.1, the material collected so far and in view of the quantity of contraband seized, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A. I on some conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner/A.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction oF the learned XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Prashanth Nagar, Cyberabad. After release on bail, the petitioner/A.1 shall report before the Station House Officer, Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, on every Sunday between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the charge-sheet. 5.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions/ if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
