This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 21-08-2017, whereunder the petitioner's licence to conduct business in sale of seeds is cancelled. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court allowed WP.No.14356 of 2017 and Batch, dated 11-10-2017. The same is not disputed by learned Advocate General for respondents.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
