Petitioners have approached this Court stating that their appeals dt.13.07.2015 and dt.20.07.2015, assailing termination order dt.27.06.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent, have not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent till date.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeals within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeals dt.13.07.2015 and dt.20.07.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
