THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 46783 of 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition questions the inaction on the part of Respondents 2 to 4 on the representations, latest being the one dated 02.10.2018, of the petitioner to regularize his illegal occupation over an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S. No. 100 situated at Allapuram Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District, and grant patta in respect thereof.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) submits that the petitioner does not have any right over the subject property and his occupation is illegal in all respects. In view of the same, the learned Government Pleader further asserts that the respondents are under no obligation to consider such representations of the petitioner.

Having regard to the respective submissions, without expressing any opinion with respect to the right of the petitioner to seek regularization of his illegal occupation, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, subject to his eligibility, rules and regulations which hold the field. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
