THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43640 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 09.10.2017, to the District Collector, Asifabad District-second respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far. It is eventually requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that necessary directions may be issued to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the representation, if any, submitted by the petitioner herein is pending as on today, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the second respondent to verity the representation, dated 09.10.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
