HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 to 4 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.13777 of 2018 ORDER:

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed to permit the Nizamuddin Sadruddin Dhanani (A.1) to represent the petitioner/A.2 as GPA holder from the GPA filed. Hence I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed. The petitioner/accused No.2 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.380 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.314 of 2006 of Women Police Station, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.380 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
