Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied in Form 6A prescribed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 07.04.2017 to 3rd respondent for mutation in respect of the subject property and contends that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.
