THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.39839 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that 7th respondent had preferred a Revision before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.04.09.2017 of 3rd respondent and that the said Revision is not being disposed by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision filed by the 7th respondent against the order of the 3rd respondent dt.04.09.2017 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
