HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.13780 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in P.R.C.No.222 of 2018 on the file of learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, LB Nagar, which is outcome of crime No.919 of 2016 of Uppal Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 420, 312 & 506 IPC by stating that the accused married the defacto complainant and they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in P.R.C.No.222 of 2018 on the file of learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, LB Nagar, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
