Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner had applied on 03.10.2017 to the 4th respondent for issuance of corrected e-pattadar pass book and title deed and No.3 Adangal in respect of the subject property and contends that 4th respondent has not disposed of the said application till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will decide the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
