Petitioner has applied on 07-10-2017 through A.P. Online for sub-division and survey, and contends that the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states the 4th respondent will conduct survey as sought by the petitioner within six (06) weeks.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey as sought by the petitioner within six (06) weeks without fail. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
