THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.46721 OF 2018 ORDER:- This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in not fixing the boundaries for the petitioner's lands situated in Sy.Nos.565/1/1, 566/1/1, and 568/U to an extent of Ac.1.10 gts., Ac.0.1480 gts. and Ac.3.00 gts respectively situated in Lingagiri Village of Huzurnagar Mandal, Suryapet District, in terms of the request made on 27.07.2018 by paying the requisite fee as being illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 301 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey and fix up the boundaries for the aforesaid land of the petitioner forthwith."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) would submit that the respondent authorities will consider the online application, dated 27.07.2018, of the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the online application, dated 27.7.2018, of the petitioner by taking into consideration the circulars issued from time to time preferably, within a period of three (3) to five (5) months from today, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner

and all concerned, subject to the petitioner's eligibility. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
