Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 2.

Recording the same, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as available in law with reference to non-inclusion of survey numbers in newly formed Gram Panchayat of Gangaram Thanda. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
