THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.13803 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminat Petition was filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J with a prayer I I to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.106 of 2Ol7 on the frle of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Ramannapet for the alleged offences punishable under Section 389, 418, 419,42O, 423, 464,46a,2O9, read with 109 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

2. The Learned Counsel appearing for Petitioners/Accused Nos.l to 3 submit that the case was already transferred to another Court and prayed to dispose of the present petition granting liberty to the petitioner to question the proceedings which are now pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to question the proceedings which are now pending. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
