THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.41942 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.96 of 2017 dated 04.01.2018 and contends that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms thereof.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not dispute the said submission.

Since the petitioners have not filed copy of the representation along with the writ petition, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh representation within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the cases of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter, as ordered in W.P.No.96 of 2017 dated 04.01.2018.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
