THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.40063 of 2017 ORDER:0 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent.
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted representations on 04.09.2017 and 03.11.2017 to the second respondent and, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of a considerable length of time.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representations are pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to verify the representations, dated 04.09.2017 and 03.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a
period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
