THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40664 of 2017 ORDER:

Though petitioners seek a direction from this Court to stop the conduct of online Auction through lottery relating to the subject land, since petitioners have not filed scrap of paper to show that they are in possession and enjoyment of the subject land, I hold that petitioners have no locus to file this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Committee within four (04) weeks. 3.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
