This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, seeking modification of the order, dated 16.11.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.410 of 2018 in Criminal Appeal No.956 of 2018 by the XIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

The Court below, vide order under challenge, suspended the operation of sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/ accused by the trial court, on condition of the petitioner/ accused depositing 25% of the compensation awarded (Rs.4,00,000/ -). Now the petitioner/ accused seeks modification of the said order, i.e., to reduce the same. As seen from the record, the value of the cheque which was dishonoured is Rs.16,00,000/ -. There are no justifiable reasons to interfere with the order under challenge. 4 .

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
