Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners contend that they made an application to cause survey and fixation of boundaries of the land claimed by them to 3rd respondent and that the Mandal Surveyor attached to the 3rd respondent got issued notice on 22-02-2017 and 23-03-2017 for such survey but no action was taken thereafter.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 3rd respondent will cause the survey, for which notices referred to above have been issued from his office, to be completed within two months after giving notice to all affected parties.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to cause survey of the land of the petitioners within two months, after giving notice to all affected parties. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
