Petitioners'

grievance is that they had made a representation on 03.04.2017 to the 2nd respondent for allotment of certain land for establishment of an industry since they are unemployed youth and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the said representation.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dt.03.04.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
