Mr B.Chandrasekhar, counsel for petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed without having knowledge of registration of Crime No.495 of 2017 by 3rd respondent.

In view of the registration of crime, he does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to work out remedies or grievances available against Crime No.495 of 2017 in accordance with law.

The statement is placed on record by granting liberty, as sought for.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
