This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of O.P.No.2497 of 2018 on the file of the XV Additional District Judge - cum - Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Miyapur to the Family Court at Vijayawada.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition had been filed on 21.12.2018 before the constitution of the Andhra Pradesh High Court at Amaravathi with effect from 01.01.2019.

In view of the above events, this Court does not have jurisdiction to transfer the O.P.No.2497 of 2018 from the Court of the XV Additional District Judge - cum - Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Miyapur, Telangana State to the Family Court at Amaravathi / Vijayawada in the State of Andhra Pradesh. 5.

Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed granting liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps in the Supreme Court seeking such transfer. No order as to costs. 6.
