It is the case of petitioners that they are absolute owners and possessors of agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.54-40 cents in Survey No.375 of Vempadu Revenue Village in Nakkapally Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and their names were also entered in adangal pahanis. While so, the 4th respondent issued notices to them on 10.08.2017 alleging that their names were irregularly recorded in the records, and since then insisting the petitioners to vacate from their lands. Under the circumstances, the petitioners submitted a representation to the respondents on 20.09.2018 requesting to conduct enquiry by issuing advance notices, however, the respondents are insisting the petitioners to vacate from the lands. 2.

Heard Sri Uyyuri Mani Varun, learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Andhra Pradesh. 3.

In the light of the submissions made and taking into consideration the petitioners assertion that they are in occupation of agricultural land over an extent of Ac.54-40 cents as stated in their affidavit, and also considering Form 1-B dated 24.03.2016 prima facie evidencing grant of patta in their favour, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners possession and enjoyment over the subject land, without following due process contemplated under law.
