THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTI CE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRI T PETI TI ON No.46825 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner was allotted an agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Survey No.780 (780/B/AA) of Keesara Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (Now Medchal-Malkajgiri District) vide File No.A/20/92 dated 26.01.1992 and pattadar passbook and title deed was also issued in his favour. As Government of Telangana have introduced Rythu Bandhu Scheme whereunder an amount of Rs.4,000/- per acre is being granted to the agricultural land owners, the petitioner has made an application dated 30.11.2017 to the 3rd respondent seeking issuance of digital passbook to avail the said Scheme. As no action was taken by the 3rd respondent, he made another application dated 20.12.2018 to respondents 2 and 3 along with a copy to the Collector, Medchal, however, he was not issued digital passbook thereby he is deprived from availing the Scheme. 2.

Heard Sri Ch. Anjaneyulu, counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, an enquiry came to be conducted by the revenue officials in November 2017 and at that time necessary documents were also handed over to the 3rd respondent and also to the inspection team, for which the inspection team leader had issued a receipt along with 1-B copy on 30.11.2017.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders

Having regard to the submissions made, the writ petition is allowed, with a direction to respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 30.11.2017, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
