HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13816 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the fact that the FIR is lodged for the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C., the investigating officer, during the course of investigation, shall scrupulously follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41A Cr.P.C. and also the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, with the above directions, this criminal petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
