This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in taking appropriate action on the representations dated 17.04.2017 and 02.12.2017 made for taking necessary action against the 5th respondent for misappropriation of funds and committing illegalities in granting works and passing the bills without any resolutions of the Mandal Parishad, Konakanamitla Mandal Praja Parishad, Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj produced written instructions in the form of Memo date dated 15.12.2017, wherein the Commissioner (PR & RD), has directed the concerned authority for taking action on the representations of the petitioners.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take further action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
