THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13E12 OF 20L8 ORDER:
The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.P.C') by the petitioner/Accused No.3 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.684 of 2017 on the file of the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420,324,506 t/w M ol Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State and perused the record.
None appeared for the petitioner. The crime is of the year J 2016 and charge sheet was filed in the year 2017' No interim orders were passed by this Court, when the case was filed in the year 2018. The status in the trial Court is not known'

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event of cause survlvrng.
