THE HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.12152 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to quash the proceedings in Crime No.379 of 2017, dated 04.11.2017 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad city.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 06.11.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that that investigation in the matter is completed and the charge sheet is filed before the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and C.C.47 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
