Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the 3rd respondent by filing a complaint against the 4th respondent for allegedly digging a bore-well in violation of the provisions of the A.P. Water Land and Trees Act, 2002.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
