HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 6 8 6 2 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Women Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, dated 27.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "On receiving the report from the complainant, a receipt bearing No.1034/ 2018 has given to the complainant on the same day i.e., on 28.11.2018 and at the request of the complainant, called Chaitanya Harish, the husband of the complainant, through cell phone to attend the Women Police Station for counseling. On 07.12.

2018, when the husband of the complainant voluntarily attended the Police Station, made counseling to both of them through the counselors of Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and adjourned the same to 28.12.2018 for further counseling and necessary action. Hence, no case was registered so far on the report made by the complainant. There is no threat and pressure on the respondents to effect compromise with the complainant. The petitioners put false and truth less allegations through the Writ Petition."

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, that his clients are ready to cooperate with the Police authorities for necessary counseling.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Assistant

Commissioner of Police, Women Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, dated 27.11.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-Police authorities to act strictly in accordance with law.
