SMT JUSTI CE T. RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.1 2 6 5 7 of 2 0 1 7 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A5, in Crime No.998 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jagathgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged are under Section 302 r/ w 34 IPC.

2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.

As per the case of the prosecution, which is reflected in the complaint, the petitioner is a basthi leader and when the complainant party and the other members, who were at the house of the deceased, took the deceased to the house of the petitioner, petitioner beat the deceased with legs and threatened him to leave the house. The nature of the allegations does not entitle the petitioner for anticipatory bail. 4.

Hence, from the facts of the case, this court opines that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner can obtain regular bail by surrendering himself before the police.

5.

The criminal petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
