.....Respondent/ Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner / Accused No.2 on bail in connection with Crime No.31 of 2017 registered by SHO, Rajanagaram Police Station, East Godavari District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ch. Dhanamjaya, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (AP) for the RespondentState, the Court made the following ORDER:

"This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioner-A2 for the offence alleged under Section 8 (c ) r/w 20 (b) (ii) (c) of NDPS Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-A2 would submit that the petitioner-A2 was granted interim bail by the Court of Sessions from 06.10.2017 to 24.11.2017.

It is brought to the noticed of this Court that the petitioner-A2 has been suffering from Aids and requires treatment. The petitioner-A2 filed certain copies of documents to substantiate the same. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner-A2, the petitioner-A2 is granted interim bail for a period of two months commencing from 10.12.2017 to 09.02.2018 on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to the satisfaction of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram. On completion of interim bail as indicated above, the petitioner-A2 shall surrender before the Superintendent of Jail concerned on 10.02.2018.
