HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7222 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard Sri both sides. The J.Dr., having went unsuccessful in the litigation including in the Second Appeal, cannot say against the existence of the property decreed and so far as the identification of the property difficulty involved if any concerned, the Amin of the Court definitely has to identify the property and deliver with reference to the decree on land and can take the surveyor's assistance through revenue authorities for identification of the property for delivery. So far as any apprehension of the J.Dr. of his other property is going to be delivered concerned, the above direction can be taken care of and if at all there is any further claim, it is left open for the other property and not for the decree schedule property.

Accordingly and in the result, the Revision is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO, J Dt.22.01.2018.
