Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondents. 2.
The District Tribal Development Officer, Head Quarters, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District is suo motu impleaded as 6th respondent in the writ petition, since he is the competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

Petitioner's father was a daily wage worker who died on 11.04.2017. During his life time he was employed in Aashrama Girls High School, Ulvanoor. Petitioner, being his son, seeks compassionate appointment. Petitioner has given a representation on 18.05.2017 to the impleaded 6th respondent seeking compassionate appointment and contends that the 6th respondent has not disposed of same.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents states that the 6th respondent will dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of
MSR, J Writ Petition No.46886 of 2018 this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
