Heard C.V.R.Rudra Prasad for petitioner and Sri K.Jyothi Prasad for 1st respondent.

The petitioner is same in these two writ petitions. W.P.No.13236 of 2017 is filed against C.R.Reddy College of Engineering/ 2nd respondent questioning the detention of petitioner in 2nd year (Electronics and Communication Engineering), as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice.

The petitioner since has a few difficulties with the 2nd respondent herein has asked for transfer of his admission from C.R.Reddy College of Engineering to Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju Engineering College, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District. It is the case of petitioner that by following the procedure stipulated in this behalf, transfer of petitioner from C.R.Reddy College of Engineering to Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju Engineering College is completed. The petitioner now is admitted into 3rd year in Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju Engineering College.

So far as W.P.No.13236 of 2017 is concerned, Mr.C.V.Rudra Prasad submits that the petitioner has undergone the detention order in the same academic year and for the present the petitioner is proposing to prosecute 3rd year in Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju Engineering College. While the matter stood thus, the 2nd respondent in W.P.No.39666 of 2017 issued Memo, dated 17.11.2017, which reads as follows :- " With reference to your mother letter cited No.1 above, I am to inform you have to submit the direction from the honorable high court to admit you in 3rd year 1st semester in our college because in the T.C. issued by the principal Ref.No.2 cited above it was stated that the case is pending with honourable court W.P.M.P.No.16429 of in W.P.No.13236 of 2017."

Hence, W.P.No.39666 of 2017.

So far as W.P.No.13236 of 2017 is concerned, the interim direction was to permit the petitioner to write examinations. The petitioner has already written examinations and in view of suffering punishment and taking note of the interim order and subsequent developments, W.P.No.13236 of 2017 is disposed of, as no further order is necessary.

So far as W.P.No.39666 of 2017 is concerned, the condition that the admission on transfer is subject to further orders in W.P.No.13236 of 2017, need not be operative, for W.P.No.13236 of 2017 is disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to c onsider

the admission of petitioner into third year in Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju Engineering College in accordance with the Rules forthwith. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
