HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE NO.2672 OF 2017 ORDER:

Mr.Altaf Hussain, who appeared in the Court on 09.04.2018, is present today and reports compliance of the direction of this Court in W.P.No.8415 of 2003, dated 19.04.2017 by handing over cheque bearing No.941996, dated 20.04.2018 drawn in favour of petitioner at State Bank of India for Rs.3,93,300/ - (Rupees three lakhs ninety three thousand three hundred only). On behalf of petitioner, Mr.P.Sudheer Rao received cheque.

The petitioner is given liberty to represent to respondents, if any portion remains unattended by the Employees Co-operative Credit Society Limited. The representation has to be objectively considered and needful is done.

In view of reporting compliance, the Contempt Case is closed.
