THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13843 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 in C.C.No.600 of 2017 on the file of the court of the Addl.Judl.Magistrate of First Class, at Kalwakurthy outcome of Cr.No.7 of 2017 on the file of the Charakonda Police Station, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.498-A r/ w 34 IPC and u/ sec.3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on the report of the complainant, along with their counsel are present before the court.

Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.600 of 2017 on the file of the court of the Addl.Judl.Magistrate of First Class, at Kalwakurthy outcome of Cr.No.7 of 2017 on the file of the Charakonda Police Station, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and they are acquitted. Their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
