The petitioners assail the inaction of respondents 2 to 7 in considering their representation dated 10.12.2018 on the alleged unauthorised and illegal construction being made by respondents 8 and 9 in the land in an extent of Ac.0-05 cents in Survey No.42/2 of Sompet Town and Mandal, Srikakulam District.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Andhra Pradesh, and Sri K. Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat.
After arguing for some time, Sri T. Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach Civil Court as essentially the dispute is in relation to property. Permission granted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach Civil Court. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
