This petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code assailing the order dated 28.08.2017 passed in E.P.No.138 of 2012 in O.S.No.1367 of 2011 on the file of V Senior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 15.12.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
