O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent - State of Andhra Pradesh, represented by its Principal Secretary, Panchayatraj, in not disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 264(3) of A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, against the order passed by the 4th respondent - District Collector, in proceedings No.A1/ e-370492/ 2016-11 dated 2.7.2017, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for 6th respondent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, after issuing notices to respondents 6 and 7, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
