No. 461 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Chillakur Sumalatha) Challenge in this Appeal is the order that is rendered by III Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Malkajgiri, in O.P.No.1534 of 2013, dated 21.01.2017.

Ms.M.Bhagyasree, learned counsel, representing Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel on record for the appellant, states that the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the appeal and therefore, necessary orders may be passed.

Recording the submission thus made, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
