Petitiner's grievance is that he had represented on 06.11.2017 and through legal notice on 26.08.2017 to 3rd respondent for mutating his name in the online records/Web land of adangal and 1B register in respect of the subject property and contends that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation/legal notice within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation/legal notice of the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
