THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.42300 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, complaining against the inaction in disposing of the representation, dated 10.11.2017, of the petitioner, which is given requesting not to allot, for the purpose of Mini Sub-Station, the land in Survey Nos.824/1, 825/P, 826 belonging to Punur Rami Reddy Layout, in Punur, which is earmarked for playground. 2.
I have heard the submissions of Sri Harija Akkineni, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the 1st respondent, and of Sri A. Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation to consider and dispose of the representation aforestated, the ends of justice would be met. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation endorses the said submission. 5.
Having regard to the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 10.11.2017, of the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however, in strict accordance with the procedure
MSRM, J W.P.No.42300 of 2017 established by law and communicate a copy of the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within a week thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
