1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the notice bearing Rc.No.913/ 2013-B1 dated 19.09.2018 issued by the second respondent as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent, would agree that this writ petition is covered by the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36418 of 2018.

3) Following the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36418 of 2018 and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
