THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 46940 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings, dated 18.08.2018 issued by the second respondent - Tahsildar, Mancherial Mandal, Mancherial District, incorporating the names of respondent Nos.4 to 7 by deleting the name of the petitioner with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.5.04 guntas in Survey No.279/29 situated at Mancherial Village and Mandal, Mancherial District and consequential registration made in favour of respondent No.8 pending revision filed by the petitioner before the Joint Collector, Mancherial, against the order, dated 12.07.2018 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial.

It is to be noted that the petitioner had already invoked the revisional jurisdiction by way of filing revision before the Joint Collector, against the order, dated 12.07.2018. He also filed Writ Petition No.37651 of 2018 questioning the action of the Joint Collector with regard to not granting stay pending such revision and this Court vide order, dated 12.10.2018 disposed of the said Writ Petition, directing the Joint Collector to dispose of the stay

CKR, J WP.No.46940 of 2018 application filed by the petitioner along with the revision in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of that order, and ordering status quo obtaining as on that date to be maintained with regard to the entries in the revenue records. In view of the same, this Writ Petition filed challenging the order impugned cannot be entertained. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate orders from the revisional authority. Subject to the above, this Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of.
