Cr l.P.MP.No.1 3 7 9 5 of 2 0 1 7 This Petition is filed to compound the offences punishable under Sections 354, 506 and 448 IPC in FIR No.230 of 2017 on the file of S.H.O., Tappa Chabutra Police Station, Hyderabad, and record to compromise.

De facto complaint and the accused are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, they stated that the matter is settled outside the Court due to intervention of the elders as they are going to marry soon and requested this Court to grant leave to compound the offences since the compromise is voluntary and in the interest of both parties to settle their future lives.

In view of the facts and circumstances, this Petition is liable to be allowed permitting the parties to compound the said offences and to record compromise.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed permitting the parties to compound the offences stated above to record the compromise. Cr l.P.No.1 2 3 6 8 of 2 0 1 7 In view of the Orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.No. 13795 of 2017, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in FIR No.230 of 2017 on the file of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby

quashed. The Registry is directed to append the Joint memo filed by the parties to this Petition.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
