It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, Telangana State, that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.38405 of 2015, dated 27.11.2015. A copy of the said order is placed on record along with the Writ Petition as material paper.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms thereof by setting aside the notice bearing No.C/1035/2018, dated 15.12.2018, issued by respondent No.2.
