HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13848 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner/A6 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.394 of 2018 of Kurnool IV Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420 and 468 r/w 34 IPC.

Having regard to the nature of accusations and sections of law under which the attribution is made against the petitioner and other accused, this Court is of the considered view that the investigation shall go on to reach its logical conclusion. However, the investigating officer, during the course of investigation, shall scrupulously follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41A Cr.P.C. and also the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1. However, it is made clear that the petitioner/A6 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. 4.

Accordingly, with the above directions, this criminal petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
